KAPFERER: Just to clarify something asked about signatures. Anything on the environmental commission letter Mr. Alper and I were -- Ken was serving and I came on and we, neither of us were a part of the letter process because it was when we were in transition, so we missed the meetings about that letter. MR. ALPER: As well, I had -- I didn't accept my reappointment, but when we talked about it last year I recused myself from that process and there was only, I think, one environmental commission -- there was only a single environmental commission meeting after, once you were appointed, and that took place on the night when we had a planning board, so you weren't there. So neither of us participated in that environmental commission at all. CHAIRMAN BAGOFF: Okay. For the record. MS. KAPFERER: For the record.
