So as far as this particular case, I think following smart growth planning, they are doing the best they can to conserve over 20 acres of this parcel and we have to decide if they're doing it correctly or not. The inference I felt, my take away was the inference that you were saying is that this is sprawl and from what I see from them trying to condense everything to the 27 acres, it's not sprawl. They're doing the best they can to not create sprawl. I don't know that I have a question buried in there, just seemed that, that was my take away. There was a section about transportation accessibility, we don't have a train station in town but the town has put together a jitney system, we have seven different routes all over town to get people where they need to be. So we are just doing the best we can. So I don't have a question. CHAIRMAN BAGOFF: Thank you. MAYOR McCARTNEY: As much as we would like to conserve as much we can it's not for sale.
