When you did this whole presentation this is basically paper, it's basically from reporting and so -- okay. And so can I ask you a hypothetical question. So the part you're saying about connectivity to the neighborhood and stuff like that, are you saying that it's a bad development if it does not connect to the surrounding community? So the further away or further up the hill it was, not walkable, you're saying it's -- no, I'm not saying you're saying, but you would say it's not a proper development? THE WITNESS: I didn't use the word bad, I didn't use the word proper. I said it's not smart growth. It's not walkable, right. You can't push a baby stroller. That's what I'm saying. I'm not putting any judgment on it. VICE CHAIRMAN GUARINO: Okay. And my last question Professor, have you seen the site plan? Have you looked at the plans and construction plans and what's going to be put there? THE WITNESS: I have reviewed what's online, which is what I understand is the plans. It doesn't seem like it's complete plans. I don't see sidewalks and things like that. Details where I could evaluate that. I had to read what was online.
