AFRAN: Mr. Chairman, I would like to raise an objection to the last question. The fact that on some lots there may be steep slopes does not mean houses can't be built on them. Also doesn't mean that the houses are on the steep slopes. Mr. Plocker's trying create the impression that somehow these houses are sitting there on the steep slope.
