So instead of just getting a variance or design waiver from the municipality you have to go to the RSIS Board with your changes, which makes it a little different. As opposed to the power the board had previously you could just, you can give them a variance or you could give out a parking variance, you can't give out parking variances anymore. The variances are for -- the parking variances are not supposed to be given by the municipality. They have to be given by the Residential Site Improvement Board. And we'll quote some of that on the screen for you so you get a look at the exact wording. Because most people have not coped with the fact that you have to have certain water allowances. Certain light allowances. There's no light studies that are done on this to determine if lighting was needed or not. But couple -- there are numerous locations also that guide rails required because of the steepness. The idea to put guide rails in the residential zone is unusual and it doesn't usually occur, except in large drainage basins with parking lots nearby. In this instance we have a requirement for guide rails in numerous locations which is over a 4 foot drop from the edge of the road it requires guide rails.
