And just to note, the two emergency access lots which counsel allowed use in the IH 1 zoning ordinance, those two lots, the applicant provided jurisdictional notice, 200-foot notice, from those two lots in addition to the subject property putting anyone within 200 feet of the two lots for the proposed emergency access to Howell on notice.
