CHAIRMAN BAGOFF: Thank you Mr. Plocker, for understanding. At this time we're going to close this portion of the meeting. And the next regular meeting of the Planning Board will be held Wednesday, October 22, 2025 at 6:30 PM in council chambers. And the special meeting will be held October 29. This meeting, this application will be carried to October 22 with no additional notice to be required. MR. PLOCKER: I just -- I didn't mean to interrupt, Mr. Chairman. I thought there might have been -- are we a special meeting or are we a regular meeting. MS. McGOVERN: October 22 is the regular meeting. MR. PLOCKER: It's a regular meeting. MR. AFRAN: So we're hearing this on October 22? MS. MCGOVERN: Yes. MR. PLOCKER: That wasn't clear to me. I just wanted to make sure. CHAIRMAN BAGOFF: Your person speaks first.
