I would note one evidentiary issue. I have no objection to the two slides on the screen coming in as an exhibit, but much of the report contains material that wasn't gone into Mr. Seel's testimony just now. So I don't think the report itself is evidence, except to the extent it refers to things he testified to. So if the report is proposed as an exhibit I would say that only those parts are deemed evidence that refer to -- relate to what was testified to, not all of what's in the report is the subject of Mr. Seel's testimony. MR. PLOCKER: Respectfully -- CHAIRMAN BAGOFF: Mr. Plocker. MR. PLOCKER: There have been many reports served by the objector group, many reports by us, we aren't bound by the rules of evidence as if we're in a Superior Court case. We have no problem with the board reviewing every single word that the objectors reports state. And unless you would like him, and waste more time, to read every single word of his letter, which he's very capable of doing, I would ask that Mr. Afran just agree that reports become part of the record, on both sides.
