THE PUBLIC: Will the proposed parking deck alter in any way dependent upon the technique of excavation? THE PUBLIC: I would not imagine that it would. The intent is too build what's shown on the construction plans, whenever those are finalized. And the means and methods chosen by the contractor have to achieve that.
