THE PUBLIC: And the other question is, what is the role of the geotech person with the developer? You guys recommend what they should use, how do you guys interact? THE WITNESS: Are you talking about -- well, at this stage, are you talking about during construction? THE PUBLIC: Both. THE WITNESS: So we are asked to provide services, which in this case is to analyze the stability of the slope and we made recommendations -- we analyzed conditions and made recommendations. During construction, if we were to be retained, we would have a specific scope of work and that might be monitoring or inspecting some activity. THE PUBLIC: Do you make recommendations as to modality for excavation? THE WITNESS: We make recommendations on the type of excavation that would be appropriate or that could be used and then the contractor has to choose. We
