He asked for confirmation and an explanation that it will be outside of peak business hours, but will be conducted during business hours and if he could go over how circulation won't be obstructed specifically in those handicap spaces during delivery operations. Mr. Savage said for delivery operations, the Popeyes primary delivery is a WB 50 tractor trailer, which will happen overnight while the store is not open. Similarly, the IHOP delivery is a WB 50 tractor trailer, which is anticipated to occur two (2) times per week, overnight while the store is closed as well.
