At 9:29 p.m., on motion made by Council President Krakoviak and seconded by Councilwoman Rudin, the Council entered into the ABC Hearing. All members present voting “Aye.” ABC Hearing Resolution 767-25 Hearing on Renewal for 2025-2026 License Term — Las Palmeras, Inc. 0722-33-045-005 (Special Conditions) Robert Williams, Esq. appearing on behalf of Las Palmeras, Inc. Kourtney Cooke, Esq., of Antonelli, Kantor, Rivera, PC, appearing on behalf of the Township. On motion made by Councilwoman Rudin and seconded by Council President Krakoviak, the above referenced resolution was approved. Councilwoman Rudin and Councilwoman Scarpa voting “Aye.” Council President Krakoviak abstained.
