3 Resolution #62-12 Resolution Calling for the Restoration of Energy Taxes to Municipalities John O. Gross, Chief Financial Officer, gave a brief overview of the above resolution. Following discussion and on motion made by Councilman Anderton and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney, the above mentioned resolution, as amended, was adopted. All members voting “Aye”. Resolution #73-12 Resolution Authorizing a Modification to the Contract with GTBM, Rutherford, NJ for E-Ticketing Turn Key System whereby the Minimum Ticket Obligation Shall Be Effective January 1, 2012- December 16, 2016 Richard Trenk, Esq., Township Attorney, gave an overview of the above resolution and responded to questions from Council. Mayor Parisi also commented on the above resolution. Following discussion and on motion made by Councilwoman McCartney and seconded by Councilman Anderton, the above mentioned resolution was adopted. Councilman Anderton, Councilman Cirilo, Councilwoman McCartney and Council President Spango voting “Aye”. Councilman Krakoviak voting “Nay”. Resolution #87-12 Resolution Authorizing Change Order No. 1 in the Amount of $34,000 to Improve Hillside Avenue from Mitchell Street to Hillside Avenue to D.L.S. Contracting, 633 Franklin Avenue, Suite 170, Nutley, NJ Director Leonard Lepore gave a brief overview of the above resolution and responded to questions from Council. Following discussion and on motion made by Councilwoman McCartney and seconded by Councilman Anderton, the above mentioned resolution was adopted. All members voting “Aye”.
