4 Ordinances on First Reading Ordinance #2357-12 On motion made by Councilman Krakoviak and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney, ZONIN G ORDINANCE – LAND USE REGULATIONS, was taken up on first reading by title only. All members voting “Aye”. The Clerk read the ordinance by title only. Following discussion and on motion made by Councilwoman McCartney and seconded by Councilman Anderton, the abovementioned ordinance was passed on first reading, ordered advertised according to law, to come up for second and final reading on June 26, 2012. Ordinance #2358-12 On motion made by Councilwoman McCartney and seconded by Councilman Anderton, BOND ORDINANCE PROVIDING AN APPROPRIATION OF $4,184,305 FOR RECONSTRUCTION OF THE SANITARY AND STORM SEWERAGE SYSTEMS AND ASSOCIATED RECONSTRUCTION AND REPAVING OF THE ROADWAYS WITHIN THE LLEWELLYN PARK SECTION OF THE TOWNSHIP DIRECTING A SPECIAL ASSESSMENT OF THE COST THEREOF IN THE AMOUNT OF $3,684,305 AND AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF $3,684,305 BONDS OR NOTES , was taken up on first reading by title only.
