6 Council adjourned as the Council and reconvened as the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board. All members voting “Aye”. Resolution #475-12 Resolution Authorizing a Person to Person Transfer from Duran & Vera LLC t/a El Rancho to Angelitos, LLC, t/a El Palacio De Pollo Raymond Armour, Esq. attorney for the buyer, appeared before the Township Council. The Affidavit of Publication was received and appropriate fees paid. On motion made by Councilman Anderton and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney, the above mentioned resolution was adopted. All members voting “Aye”. On motion made by Councilman Cirilo and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney, the Council went into Executive session to discuss Pending Tax Appeals. All members voting “Aye”. The Minutes of this meeting are on file in the Office of the Municipal Clerk.
