On motion made by Councilman Krakoviak and seconded by Councilman Cirilo, the Council adjourned as the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board and reconvened as the Township Council to go into Executive Session. All members voting “Aye”. On motion made by Councilman Krakoviak and seconded by Councilman Anderton, the Township Council came back from Executive Session. All members voting “Aye”. The public meeting continued at this time. Resolution #121-12 Resolution Authorizing the Engagement of Computer Design and Services (CDS) for Technical Computer Expertise Required by the Township to Assist in Evaluating the Claims in Litigation in the Amount of $3,000 Following discussion and on motion made by Councilman Krakoviak and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney, the above mentioned resolution was adopted. All members voting “Aye”. On motion made by Councilman Cirilo and seconded by Councilman Anderton, the meeting was adjourned at 9:47 P.M.
