1TOWNSHIP OF WEST ORANGE #09-10 'TEMPORARY BUDGET FOR 2010 January 5, 2010 WHEREAS, R.S. 40A: 4-19 provides for the making of temporary appropriations to finance the operation of a municipal government between the first day of January of the budget year and the date of the adoption of the budget for such year.
