25-10 February 9, 2010 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, the Township Council previously approved the expenditure of certain monies concerning a review and analysis regarding its radio communications network and certain upgrades thereto; and WHEREAS, the Township accepted proposals with regard to a knowledgeable consultant to assist in the review of the present network coverage, drafting of a request for network design and recommendations, analysis of specifications, and evaluation of potential bids; and WHEREAS, the Township Council has authorized the allocation of funds for the above purposes; and WHEREAS, the Township Council authorized the engagement of V-Comm, L.L.C. ("V- Comm") to serve as consultant and authorized the execution of a Professional Services Agreement between the parties; and WHEREAS, V-Comm L.L.C. recently submitted a bill requesting additional funding to complete the project in the amount of $3,152.75; and WHEREAS, the Township Council agrees that it is necessary and appropriate to pay this additional amount as this completes the project; NOW, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Township Council of Township of West Orange that the Mayor and/or Business Administrator be and are hereby authorized to issue payment to V- Comm, LLC for final services rendered in connection with the project in an amount not to exceed $3,152.75; and it is further RESOLVED, that notice of the execution of the within Agreement shall be published and available in accordance with applicable law.
