28-10 February 9, 2010 RESOLUTION FY2011 ARTS PROJECT SUPPORT GRANT STATE COUNCIL ON THE ARTS WHEREAS, the Oskar Schindler Performing Arts Center (OSPAC), in the Township of West Orange, in the County of Essex, hereby desires to apply to the New Jersey State Council on the Arts for funding support through its FY2011 Arts Project Support Grant program; and WHEREAS, OSPAC will use the funding to support its annual Jazz and World Music Workshop and Festival; and WHEREAS, the Township of West Orange contributes financially to OSPAC and provides grant writer services to this not-for-profit organization; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Township Council of the Township of West Orange does hereby consent to the authorization of the FY2011 Arts Project Support Grant application and any other necessary documents in connection therewith. It is understood that if awarded this grant in the amount of $121,100.00, the Township of West Orange will not be required to supply any matching funds.
