147-10 June 15, 2010 Township of West Orange 'Temporary Capital Budget for the Year 2010 'WHEREAS, a municipality is required to adopt a Capital Budget prior to adopting a Bond Ordinance, and WHEREAS, the Township of West Orange is seeking to adopt a Bond Ordinance, before the adopting of the Annual Budget. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Township Council of the Township of West Orange approves the following Temporary Capital 'Budget, which subsequently shall be included in the Annual Budget.
