3 Resolution #137-11 Resolution Amending Resolution 119-11 Previously Adopted on May 17, 2011 in the Correct Amount of $11,074.50 for Overpaid 2010 Real Property Taxes Resolution #138-11 Resolution Authorizing a “Window” Contract with Helios Construction, Inc., 1321 Allenhurst Avenue, Ocean, NJ for Storm Sewer and Building Renovation at 230 & 232 Eagle Rock Avenue in the Amount of $32,630.00 Resolution #141-11 Resolution Authorizing Issuance of Raffle Licenses Resolution #143-11 Resolution Authorizing the Mayor to Accept a Grant from the New Jersey Health Officers Association in the Amount of $25,000 to Implement a Public Health Emergency Notification System Within the Township Ordinance on Second and Final Reading Ordinance #2322-11 On motion made by Councilwoman Spango and seconded by Councilman Krakoviak, AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING SPECIAL EMERGENCY APPROPRIATIONS PURSUANT TO N.J.S.A 40A:4-53 for SEVERANCE LIABILITIES RESULTING FROM ACCRUED LEAVE IN CONNECTION WITH THE RETIREMENT OF EMPLOYEES was taken up on second and final reading. All members voting “Aye”. The Council President stated that this is the scheduled time for the public hearing and asked the Clerk to read the ordinance by title only. The Council President asked if there was anyone who wished to be heard. There was no one who wished to be heard and the public hearing was closed. Following discussion and on motion made by Councilwoman Spango and seconded by Councilman Cirilo, the above mentioned ordinance was passed on second and final reading and ordered advertised according to law. All members voting “Aye”.
