6 Council President Anderton asked if anyone wished to be heard on the Budget Amendment. There was no one who wished to be heard at this time. On motion made by Councilman Cirilo and seconded by Councilwoman Spango, the public hearing was closed. All members voting “Aye”. Resolution #142-11 Resolution to Adopt 2011 Local Municipal Budget Following discussion and on motion made by Councilwoman Spango and seconded by Councilman Cirilo, the 2011 Local Municipal Budget was adopted. All members voting “Aye” as the Roll was called. Resolution #144-11 Resolution Referring ABC Conflict License to the ABC Director for Renewal-Starlite Pizzeria Following discussion and on motion made by Councilwoman McCartney and seconded by Councilman Cirilo, the above mentioned resolution was adopted. Councilman Cirilo, Councilman Krakoviak, Councilwoman McCartney, and Council President Anderton voting “Aye”. Councilwoman Spango recused herself from the above resolution. Resolution #145-11 Resolution Authorizing Executive Session – Litigation, Orange Reservoir On motion made by Councilman Cirilo and seconded by Councilwoman Spango, the above mentioned resolution was adopted. All members voting “Aye”. On motion made by Councilwoman Spango and seconded by Councilman Cirilo, the Council went into Executive Session to discuss a matter of Litigation. All members voting “Aye”. The public meeting continued at this time. ABC HEARING 457-11 – Hearing and Resolution on Applications for Renewal of Plenary Retail Consumption and Distribution Licenses for the 2011-2012 License Term.
