2 ERSCHA (Degnan House) On motion made by Councilman Cirilo and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney, the Council appointed Councilwoman Spango to the ERSCHA Board. All members voting “Aye”. WOSCHA (John P. Renna House) On motion made by Councilwoman Spango and seconded by Council President Anderton, the Council appointed Councilman Cirilo to the WOSCHA Board. All members voting “Aye”. Downtown West Orange Alliance On motion made by Councilman Cirilo and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney, the Council appointed Councilman Krakoviak to the Downtown West Orange Alliance Board. West Orange Municipal Alliance Committee On motion made by Council President Anderton and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney, the Council appointed Councilwoman Spango to the West Orange Alliance Committee. All members voting “Aye”. West Orange Arts Council On motion made by Councilwoman Spango and seconded by Councilman Cirilo, the Council appointed Councilwoman McCartney to the West Orange Arts Council. All members voting “Aye”. Open Space & Recreation Committee On motion made by Councilman Cirilo and seconded by Councilwoman Spango, the Council appointed Council President Anderton to the Open Space & Recreation Committee. All members voting “Aye”. Public Comment The Council President asked if there was anyone who wished to make a statement at this time. Anthony Pugliese, Public Information Office for Essex County, commented on the extended hours at the Turtle Back Zoo for the summer.
