7 Resolution #153-11 Resolution Authorizing an Amendment to the Agreement with Phillips Preiss Shapiro Grygiel Associates, Inc. (Paul Grygiel”), 33-41 Newark Street, Hoboken, NJ to Assist the Township in Preparing Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance Amendments (Chapter 25 of the Land Use Regulation) in the Amount of $7,500 for Additional Services Following discussion and on motion made by Councilman Krakoviak and seconded by Councilwoman Spango, the above mentioned resolution was adopted. All members voting “Aye”. Jessica Glicker, Public Information Officer for the Township of West Orange, gave a brief overview of the following resolutions and responded to questions from Council. Resolution #158-11 Resolution Authorizing an Agreement with Millenium Strategies and Catania Consulting Group to Launch a Branding Campaign to Promote the Township Externally to Prospective Homeowners, Realtors and to Attract New Businesses in an Amount NTE $15,000 A representative of Catania Consulting commented on the above resolution and responded to questions from Council. Following discussion and on motion made by Councilwoman Spango and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney, the above mentioned resolution was adopted. Councilwoman McCartney, Councilwoman Spango and Council President Anderton voting “Aye”; Councilman Cirilo recused himself and Councilman Krakoviak voting “Nay”. Resolution #159-11 Resolution Authorizing an Agreement with My Town Marketing to Maintain and Expand Outreach Using Social Media to Engage with Residents and Business Owners to Promote the Township in an Amount NTE $12,500 On motion made by Councilwoman McCartney and seconded by Councilwoman Spango, the above mentioned resolution, as amended, was adopted. Councilwoman McCartney, Councilwoman Spango and Council President Anderton voting “Aye”; Councilman Cirilo recused himself and Councilman Krakoviak voting “Nay”.
