8 Resolution #160-11 Resolution Authorizing An Agreement with Signal Graphics, 15 Village Plaza, South Orange, NJ to Design a Logo, Graphics and Promotional Pieces to Support the Township’s Branding and Marketing Initiative in an Amount NTE $5,000 On motion made by Council President Anderton and seconded by Councilwoman Spango, the above mentioned resolution was adopted. Councilwoman McCartney, Councilwoman Spango and Council President Anderton voting “Aye”; Councilman Cirilo recused himself and Councilman Krakoviak voting “Nay”. Resolution #164-11 Resolution Authorizing Executive Session for a Matter of Litigation (Holland) On motion made by Councilman Krakoviak and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney, the above mentioned resolution was adopted. All members voting “Aye”. On motion made by Councilwoman McCartney and seconded by Councilman Krakoviak, the Council went into Executive Session to discuss a Matter of Litigation. All members voting “Aye”. On motion made by Councilman Krakoviak and seconded by Council President Anderton, the Council reconvened as the ABC Board. All members voting “Aye”. ABC ABC Hearing – Hearing and Resolution on Applications for Renewal of Plenary Retail Consumption and Distribution Licenses for the 2011-2012 License Term On motion made by Councilman Cirilo and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney, the above ABC Hearing and Resolution #458-11 was adopted. All members voting “Aye”. Resolution #459-11 Hearing on Renewal for 2011-2012 License Term – Huguitos (Special Conditions) On motion made by Councilman Cirilo and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney, the above mentioned resolution was adopted.
