Resolution #460-11 Hearing on Renewal for 2011-2012 License Term – 466 DJF On motion made by Councilwoman McCartney and seconded by Councilman Cirilo, the above mentioned resolution was adopted. All members voting “Aye”. Resolution #461-11 Hearing on Renewal for 2011-2012 License Term –AMC (Special Conditions) On motion made by Councilwoman McCartney and seconded by Councilwoman Spango, the above mentioned resolution was adopted. All members voting “Aye”. Resolution #463-11 Hearing on Renewal for 2011-2012 License Term – 200 Essex Club (Special Conditons) On motion made by Councilwoman McCartney and seconded by Councilman Cirilo, the above mentioned resolution was adopted. All members voting “Aye”. Resolution #462-11 was not adopted at this time pending approval for special ruling. Resolution #464-11 was not adopted at this time pending tax clearance. On motion made by Councilman Krakoviak and seconded by Councilwoman Spango, the Council adjourned as the ABC Board. All members voting “Aye”.
