NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWNSHIP COUNCIL OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WEST ORANGE AS FOLLOWS: 1. The Tax Assessor and Tax Collector be and they are hereby directed to note on their records that the real property commonly known as 161 Pleasant Valley Way (Block 179.14, Lot 13.03) is tax exempt for year 2010. 2. The Tax Collector is directed to refund to the CHILDREN’S AID AND FAMILY SERVICES, INC., the owners of the aforesaid property, any 2010 real property taxes paid by it. Sal M.
