330-10 December 14, 2010 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, the Township of West Orange requires the services of a full time Business Administrator/Secretary to the Insurance Commission under West Orange Code, Chapter 2-5.1 to perform certain duties including, but not limited to those set forth in the West Orange Code, Chapter 2-5.2; and WHEREAS, John K. Sayers currently serves as the part-time Township's Business Administrator and has performed in an exceptional manner; and WHEREAS, the Township seeks to appoint Mr. Sayers as the full time Township's Business Administrator/Secretary to the Insurance Commission for a term of one year from January 1, 2011 until December 31, 2011; and WHEREAS, the terms of Mr. Sayers’ employment as the Township’s Business Administrator/Secretary to the Insurance Commission are set forth in an Employment Agreement, annexed hereto as Exhibit “A,” and WHEREAS, Mr. Sayers shall exercise all his functions and perform his duties in accordance with all applicable ordinances and statutes; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Mayor be and hereby is authorized to execute a copy of the Employment Agreement, annexed hereto and the Municipal Clerk be and is authorized to attest to the Mayor's signature.
