SCHEDULE A Business Administrator — John K. Sayers Goals & Objectives - 2011 Work toward stabilizing the Township budget by exploring alternate revenue sources. Work toward stabilizing the Township budget by closely monitoring appropriation costs to ensure taxpayer dollars are being spent wisely and efficiently. Work toward stabilizing the Township budget by seeking out additional public private partnerships, inter-local agreements and department consolidation plans to reduce day to day operating costs. Manage and improve the quality and cost effective delivery of services to the citizens of West Orange. Enhance the Township’s Information and Technology (IT) capabilities to ultimately create a virtual Township Hall. Research possible shared service opportunities with the West Orange Board of Education and the Township to reduce taxpayer cost for goods, services and personnel. Work on restructuring Township Table of Organization.
