SCHEDULE A Planning / Deputy Director — Sue Borg Goals & Objectives - 2011 Work with Administration in producing a professional web site which uses web based services to a. inquire and obtain information on planning & zoning issues a file applications and permits c. find status of Planning and Zoning matters d. create Frequently Asked Questions on web site and for distribution Work with Administration on reducing red tape for residents and amending zoning ordinance- Chapter 25 as well as any applicable ordinances for simplifying resident’s interaction with the Municipality. Work with Administration on developing viable and functional plan for the Ridgeway Property Complex. Nurture opportunities for business development by providing a. Surveys and lists of available properties b. Assistance in planning development / renovations/redevelopment Work to maximize available state investments for a. Open space b. Residential repairs / upgrades Improve tracking system for affidavits of compliance and conditions of resolutions a. Expand existing data base system of all board approvals & applicable conditions Work with Administration on restructuring Planning/Zoning/Construction Code Departments as part of overall reorganization of the Townships Table of Organization. Interface with Council members on regular basis for all Planning related issues.
