333-10 December 14, 2010 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, the Township of West Orange requires the services of a Deputy Municipal Department Head of Recreation; and WHEREAS, William Kehoe has the skill and experience to perform the responsibilities of the Deputy Municipal Department Head of Recreation in an exceptional manner; and WHEREAS, the Township seeks to appoint Mr. Kehoe as the Township’s Deputy Municipal Department Head of Recreation for a term of one year from January 1, 2011 until December 31, 2011; and WHEREAS, the terms of Mr. Kehoe’s employment as the Township’s Deputy Municipal Department Head of Recreation are set forth in an Employment Agreement, annexed hereto as Exhibit “A,” and WHEREAS, Mr. Kehoe shall exercise all his functions and perform his duties in accordance with all applicable ordinances and statutes; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Mayor be and hereby is authorized to execute a copy of the Employment Agreement, annexed hereto and the Municipal Clerk be and is authorized to attest to the Mayor's signature.
