SCHEDULE A Recreation / Deputy Director — Bill Kehoe Goals & Objectives - 2011 Work with Administration in providing on line registration for Rec sponsored programs. Increase use of new technologies to inform residents of upcoming programs and to promote programs though the use of video presentations. Aggressively pursue opportunities such as privatization, public/private partnerships, sponsorships, etc. to further reduce our operational budget while insuring that quality recreational programs and activities are available to our residents at a reasonable cost. Examine the feasibility of eliminating traveling sports teams that are a duplication of teams already offered through the WO Middle Schools during the same time frame. Work with Administration on restructuring Recreation / Public Works Departments as part of overall reorganization of the Townships Table of Organization.
