Front yard set back: Current sidewalk width and roadway must be maintained. Maximum front yard setback: 20 Feet Parking/ Loading Standards 1. 1 space for each 400 square feet of any permitted principal use 2. Off-street parking and loading areas shall be coordinated with the public street system serving the HSD in order to avoid conflicts with through-traffic, obstruction to pedestrian walks, and vehicular through fares.
