Requirements for Variances 4A) The applicant is proposing the construction of a trash enclosure / dumpster pad in the parking area located southwest of the AMC Theater to serve the waste requirements of the AMC Theater and new restaurants which recently opened at the shopping center. The new trash enclosure will be in addition to the existing one in the loading area. In addition, the applicant is proposing to maintain the current configuration of Building B, which was had changes to the building configuration approved on April 11, 2019. Lastly, the applicant is proposing additional signage utilizing existing signage and locations. This proposal will require variances for an existing condition for minimum space between buildings (Buildings A & B at 50.5 feet) as a result of the applicant proposing to maintain the current configuration of Building B, and for signage – number, area, height and width.
