The passenger car and the F-550 truck turning movements appear to be acceptable. 2. The F-550 truck with trailer turning movements will be difficult as it requires multiple back and forth movements in order to position the trailer in a parking space. The turning movements only work if the 2 parking spaces in front of the shed are vacant and available for use by the F-550 truck. 3. The fire truck turning movement shows the front fender of the truck getting very close to the keypad for the gate. In addition, the fire truck will have to back out of the site when leaving. It is likely that a fire truck would park on the street rather than attempting to enter the site if a fire were to occur. 4. The Applicant has not submitted a turning movement plan for the trash trucks that will service the site. Please let me know if you have any questions or require any additional information.
