In addition, we also enclosed the following materials in support of the application: • Six (6) sets engineering plans prepared by Frank J. Rotunda, P.E. dated October 7, 2022; • Six (6) sets of architectural plans prepared by Mark Kibutu, AIA dated October 5, 2022; • Six (6) copies of a Proposal detailing the proposed development dated January 5, 2022; • Six (6) copies of a certification indicating that the taxes and municipal charges are current; • Six (6) copies of a certified list of property owners within 200 feet of the subject property in the Township of West Orange created on October 31, 2022; and • One (1) copy of a Fee Explanation form calculating the required application fee. Also enclosed are two checks made payable to the “Township of West Orange” in the amounts of $125 and $2,500 for the required municipal application and escrow fees. I’ve also enclosed a signed IRS W9 form to open the applicant’s escrow account with the township.
