Eagle Rock Avenue and Rosney Terrace/Mayfield Driveway Rosney Terrace/the Mayfield Driveway intersect Eagle Rock Avenue to form a an unsignalized four- leg intersection with Rosney Terrace and the Mayfield Driveway under stop control. The eastbound and westbound approaches of Eagle Rock Avenue each provide a shared left turn/through lane and a shared through/right turn lane. The northbound approach of Rosney Terrace provides a shared left turn/through/right turn lane. The southbound approach of the Mayfield Driveway provides a shared left turn/through/right turn lane. A review of the existing analysis reveals that the individual intersection movements operate at Level of Service “C” or better during the analyzed peak periods.
