Updated items are identified in bold underline. For ease of reference, a new “Plan Revisions” section immediately follows, in standard text, to highlight the principal elements that have changed. Plan Revisions Scope of Project and Unit Mix: 1. Phase Four has been eliminated. 2. The number of independent living units has been reduced by 19 units as a result of eliminating Phase Four. The project now proposes 163 independent living units. 3. The number of skilled nursing beds has been increased by 4, to 84. 4. The number of assisted living beds remains unchanged at 64, and the number of those which are memory care units has increased to 40, from 20. Parking and Landscaping: 5. The reduction in independent living unit count reduces parking demand, which allows two parking areas, totaling 34 spaces, to be designated as reserved future parking, meaning that they will remain undeveloped unless and until needed. This maintains open space and preserves for the time being, and perhaps forever, approximately 30 trees that otherwise would have been removed during the initial buildout. 6. The elimination of 19 independent living units, and the associated reduction in parking demand, brings the project into compliance with respect to RSIS parking standards for the independent living component.
