2 2923862.3 116173-101909 with respect to the skilled nursing component, to permit 22 fewer parking spaces than would otherwise be required. 7. Additional screen plantings have been added between the proposed building and Pleasant Valley Way. 8. The number of live trees to be removed has been reduced to 110 major trees and 39 minor trees (including approximately 30 within the future reserve parking areas, which will not be removed unless that parking is eventually built). This compares to 149 major trees and 43 minor trees which were to be removed in the November 2022 submission (a savings of 43 trees in total), and as compared to the initial October 2021 submission a savings of 244 trees in total. 11. The number of major replacement trees has not changed (86). The number of minor replacement trees has increased to 143 (an increase of 6 replacement trees). Power Supply: 12. Full emergency electric will be provided for the health center residents. 13. Two generators are now proposed (an increase from one in the prior submission), to be located in the area where Phase Four was to be built. They will be appropriately screened and will comply with sound level requirements as set forth in the State Noise Code and any other applicable ordinance or regulation. Green Initiatives: 14. The percentage of roof area devoted to green roofs (13%) and solar (22.4%) is unchanged. Variances for Effective Coverage: 15.
