LICENSES, PERMITS AND APPROVALS The subject redevelopment project requires the following approvals: 1. Township of West Orange Zoning Board of Adjustment 2. Essex County Planning Board – Site Plan Approval 3. Hudson-Essex-Passaic Soil Conservation District – Soil Erosion Control Permit & RFA 4. NJDEP Treatment Works Approval (Sewer Permit) 5. NJDEP BSDW (Water Extension Permit) Certain other regulatory licenses, permits and approvals will be required independent of the land development review process. These are outlined in the Required Regulatory Approvals & Permits which accompanies the application for development. 12
