REVISION #2 SUMMARY The plans and this report have been revised since this application was originally submitted to the Board for their consideration. These changes are as a direct result of the Site Plan Advisory Review Committee meeting and the Board Engineer’s comment letter dated June 20th. The most significant change to the plans is that the overall disturbance footprint has been reduced. This has led to a reduction in the amount of steep slope disturbance along the northern, western, and southern portions of the property. Subsequently, this resulted in a reduction in the number of trees to be removed. The previous application called for 395 trees to be removed, whereas the proposed plan calls for only 232 trees to be removed (40 of which are dead), resulting in the removal of only 192 live trees. REVISION #3 SUMMARY The plans and reports have been revised to eliminate the Phase IV portion of the original building. Additionally, after walking the site with the Township Forester and reviewing the proposed plans we have revised our Grading, Drainage, and Utility Plans to preserve additional trees along the frontage of the site. The revised Tree Removal Plan now calls for the removal of 181 trees, 32 of which appear to be dead. It should be noted that this represents a significant reduction in the number of trees being removed from the site. The original site plans submitted called for 395 trees to be removed. Furthermore, the parking lot has been revised to include two “future parking” areas on the plans since the site will have more than sufficient parking based on industry standards. These future parking areas allow for the opportunity to have more open space and to potentially preserve approximately 30 additional trees on the steep slopes near the southeasterly corner of the parking lot.
