On April 10, 2023, we submitted our Affidavit of Service and Publication to you. As per that Affidavit, we served notices on the owners of property within 200’ of the property subject of the application, Block 82.01, Lot 1 as per the certified list prepared and provided by the Tax Assessor. However, in reviewing the Affidavit, we realized we had inadvertently included within Exhibit A copy of an additional certified list of property owners pertaining to Block 59.04, Lot 1.01 which is not a part of this application. As such, we have corrected same to remove that unrelated property owners list. Enclosed herewith please find the corrected Affidavit of Service and Publication.
