AFFIDAVIT OF SERVICE TOWNSHIP OF WEST ORANGE ZONING BOARD I, Chrisanne Young, being of full age and being duly sworn according to law deposes and says: I am an employee in the law firm of Inglesino, Webster, Wyciskala & Taylor, LLC, 600 Parsippany Road, Parsippany, New Jersey, attorneys for Seton Hall Preparatory School, Applicant for the property located generally at 700 Prospect Avenue, West Orange, New Jersey and identified as Block 82.01, Lot I (the “Property”) as shown on the Official Tax Map of the Township of West Orange , County of Essex, State of New Jersey. 1. The virtual hearing in connection with the above has been scheduled for April 20, 2023 at 8:00 p.m. 2. With regard to public notice, the undersigned obtained certified property owners’ lists dated November 1, 2022, from the Township of West Orange tax assessor’s office with regard to property owners and all parties entitled to a notice of public hearing (the “Lists”). True copies of the Lists are attached hereto as Exhibit A. 3. On April 6, 2023 this office mailed to all property owners on the List by Certified Mail, Return Receipt Requested, a Notice of Public Hearing. The original of said notice is attached hereto as Exhibit B. Notices were also mailed to the Clerk of the Township of West Orange, Essex County Planning Board, NJ Department of Transportation, NJ Department of State, and the applicable utilities. 4. The original white copies of the certified mail postal receipts with the aforementioned April 6, 2023 postmark date are attached hereto as Exhibit C. 5. The Affidavit of Publication from the Star Ledger ingigating a publication date of April 6, 2023 is attached hereto as Exhibit D.
