In response to the Zoning Board Engineer’s report dated January 20, 2023 and the Township Planner’s report dated January 18, 2023, enclosed please find the following: 1. Six (6) original copies of the Response Letter to the Plan Review Comments from Heintz & Fiore, Applicant’s Architect, dated January 25, 2023; and 2. An original and (5) copies of the Response Letter to the Plan Review Comments from E2 Project Management LLC, Applicant’s Engineer, dated January 30, 2023; and 3. Six (6) copies of signed and sealed full sized sets of updated Civil Plans, prepared by E2 Project Management LLC, dated January 31, 2023. Also, pursuant to your instructions one (1) digital copy of the foregoing has been emailed to your attention at dchandler@westorange.org and to the Zoning Board of Adjustment at ZoningBoard@westorange.org.
