In total, the Board finds that the numerous deficiencies set forth on the Record before it are so fundamental that denying the application is more appropriate than subjecting the Applicant to conditions that once enacted would, in the Board’s view, result in a substantially different plan than the one proposed by the Applicant in the present matter. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Board of the Township of West Orange, based upon the findings of fact and conclusions aforesaid, and upon the laws established in the State of New Jersey, that PB-04-24 be and hereby is denied.
