(GZA) for improvements to the West Orange switching station located at 341 Mount Pleasant Avenue in West Orange, Essex County, New Jersey. The subject site is identified as Block 155, Lot 26.01 on the local tax map and is shown on the Site Location Map, Plate 1. Our work was performed in general accordance with our proposal dated May 13, 2022. Proposed Construction The Lifecycle project would reportedly consist of installation of a new 26kV switchgear and associated structures and equipment at the existing switching station.
