Traffic Report

 Modify the westbound Eagle Rock Avenue (CR 611) approach to provide a left turn lane, a through lane and an through/right turn lane.  Relocate the existing Crestmont Country Club exit Driveway along Eagle Rock Avenue (CR 611) to intersect Eagle Rock Avenue (CR 611) directly across from Oval Road.  Restripe the southbound Oval Road approach to provide a left turn lane and a trough/right turn lane. Langan finds that the proposed residential development will not significantly alter traffic operations in the study area during peak hours with the recommended intersection improvements. In addition, the capacity analysis conducted in the November 2018 TIS determined that the following intersections would operate at acceptable levels of service between the no-build and build conditions: • Oval Road and Rappleye Court • Oval Road and Bongart Drive • Warner Road and Davey Drive • Warner Road and Reger Lane • Warner Road and Kuzik Drive/Sullivan Drive • Kuzik Drive and Lapis Circle/Luft Lane • Sullivan Drive and Davey Drive • Davey Drive and Bongart Drive 3
