 Warner Road and Reger Lane  Warner Road and Kuzik Drive-Sullivan Drive  Kuzik Drive and Lapis Circle-Luft Lane  Sullivan Drive and Davey Drive  Davey Drive and Bongart Drive 2. Turning movement traffic counts conducted on a typical weekday from 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the intersections of Eagle Rock Avenue with Oval Road and Laurel Avenue and from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the aforementioned intersections within and in the vicinity of the Highlands at West Essex townhouse development. 3. Investigation of background traffic growth. 4. Determination of traffic to be generated by the proposed development in stages consisting of 350 units, 550 units and 683 units. 5. Determination of the directional distribution of the traffic generated by the proposed development. 6. Capacity analyses of the study area intersections for existing, no-build and build conditions. 7. A site layout evaluation with respect to the New Jersey Residential Site Improvement Standards (RSIS). 8. Drawing of conclusions as to the traffic impact of the proposed development. 2
