The Applicant must demonstrate that the water system will be looped so that supply may be brought to the consumer from more than one direction. In addition, the system must be designed to provide the required fire demand plus the maximum daily residential demand as stipulated in §5:21-5.2 of the RSIS. The system must also be designed to maintain a minimum pressure of 20 psi at street level under all flow conditions. In his June 27, 2024 letter, Mr. Anderson states that the detailed water system design will be provided as a condition of approval. The Applicant should address the Board regarding the status of the required outside agency approvals for this project. It remains for the site plan drawings to be revised to identify the handicap accessible parking spaces that will be van accessible. In addition, not all of the accessible aisles have been dimensioned. The plans have been revised to indicate the locations of EV parking spaces outside the proposed buildings. In his June 27, 2024 letter, Mr. Anderson states that additional EV spaces will be provided in the parking garages. Therefore, the architectural plans must be revised to identify the locations of the EV parking spaces.
