Page 142 1 do you need between the fence line and a tree? 2 THE WITNESS: I would be comfortable 3 probably with at least 10 to 15 feet, ideally. We 4 are installing tree protection, so as we do go 5 around, we do note tree protection around here. So 6 that will help. 7 But when you get on top of the fence, in 8 this case -- and especially around the main 9 entrance, because you're going to have work here and 10 you're going to have work here. So the reality of 11 these trees is that the root systems for these are 12 spreading out probably into this entire area. 13 That's what I would expect. 14 So between the work that's happening for 15 the detention basin, the work that's happening for 16 the fence line, it's very constrained here. It will 17 be damaging a pretty good percentage of the root 18 systems of these trees. So they will be very 19 detrimentally impacted by this work for long-term 20 life. 21 And it's a similar condition on the 22 left-hand side. There's an additional one, two, 23 three, four -- 24 ACTING CHAIR SCHWARZBAUM: So 4540 -- 4540 25 is not being removed?
